PSP Exploring Features - Week 4

First Example - I did this image as per the tutorial with the "mouse over" and "mouse out; features. Linda, am I incorrect in presuming that when you use the "mouse out" feature that the picture should go back to the dots instead of the blobs? If so, why wouldn't mine be doing this?

This is a map that I created for my Vector Tooning II class but I never knew how to use it, until now (dancing with joy - lol). This map I had done using the "mouse over" and "mouse up" features. Linda, here again, you will notice that it doesn't go back to the original image. I be confused on this part - I know you did a great job of explaining, but I'm still confused...
