I made the American Clowns a couple of weeks after the tragic events of Sept 11, 2001. I, as a lot of us did, felt helpless to do anything. But when we were asked to create clowns during one of our Paint Shop Pro Vector Tooning II classes at LVS OnLine these Americana clowns were created and a small part of me felt just a little better.
